I would tell him that every day that he stays prolongs the arrival of his next sibling.... Wait that would probably make him stay in longer
Uh oh, time to assume my final form as last boss of the internet.
We cant disparage each other like this since many do not enjoy being disrespected
I'm Scottish and Norwegian...bring your best insults. I look forward to the banter. π
I know but you gotta consider the feelings of others
Bagpipes are pretty chad
Never go full autist
OOF
Rule fourteen will be βDonβt type words in the server.β
Rule 14 is already established as the arbitrary content filter
I know, I know. But the reality is that we are growing now, and that's a good thing. But the bigger we get, the more we have to understand that not everybody is very good at understanding tone online.
You may say something as a joke and someone takes it seriously and then we have a disaster. Easier to just avoid.
@Asatru Artist - MD Juvenile.
Civility is the European staple!
They took our memes!
Sometimes it's best to just not ruffle any feathers, we should be concerned about how new members perceive this chat.
Yes! I believe that our people are more adept at having civil conversations among our selves (majority of the time)
They'll perceive it as boring, probably
But that's just my opinion
cool it with the _ aren't white remarks

Diversity = less white people.
Who is the mod of the I/E youth server ?
I didn't know we had a youth server
yes we do @TMatthews
Lads, I need advice
Should I get a job when I go back to college?
To be clear, I had a job in the Summer, so I was never a NEET, but I go to college on the other side of the state
It'll probably make my schedule super tight so I won't be able to be super active in IE like I have been in the past, but it would put me in a better financial situation, which could help me contribute more to the movement
Hmm. I would say grades (and actually learning something) are most important, but if you can pull off the job also, why not?
Ya, that's what I thought, too. But, apparently, students who work during college, on average, get higher grades.
Is there a way you can make money on side, casually, be your own boss?
Flipping garage sale finds on eBay?
"easy money" kind of stuff is always a lot harder than it sounds
*i mean there's always crypto* π€€
@fgtveassassin The comment section is a <:whitepill:439924104406106113> for sure.
If you can do the job without sacrificing school at all, do it
Also kinda depends on your major. If you're in STEM where the classes are going to be super intense, it's a bigger deal to work
True, but I kinda need money now
