The fundamental disagreement is that you believe that those who are elect are elect from the moment of regeneration to salvation.

A Catholic holds that those who are elect can lose their salvation by mortal sin

I would quote Ephesians 2:8,9, I think that the only way you could lose salvation is turning away from God

Well, you have to be a virtuous person in addition to having faith to be saved

Therefore you must be virtuous to be saved.

He who enters the kingdom of heaven is he who does the will of the Father
