More seminars about inclusion and diversity at work today. We were told to report any speech made against our LGBT+ colleagues that we "felt was wrong" (felt, not know). Banter is no excuse, we were told to think "what if these people were talking about your brother/father/mother/best friend in this way." Then I come home to find out that Kit Harington has slammed Marvel for not including LGBT+ performers in their movies. There is no escape.
