Talking about eugenics too much looks a little "heartless bad guy", there are eugenic incentives that don't involve killing babies

White Americans in the midwest have embraced down-syndrome babies as a way of undermining abortion. Tolerance for ideas like sterilization and abortion is bretty low among Whites.

We don't have to become stereotypical nazis in order to affect better genetic health.
