If the house is lost by 1 or 2 I think Trump will be able to still get some things passed.

He has the Senate and the Supreme Court which means he can do his entire immigration policy except for the wall. The Senate will allow him to appoint people more reliable than Mattis and Kelly. The Supreme Court will approve his EO on the border and the house will be unable to pass a specific bill granting birthright citizenship to illegals without the Senate.
