Sorry. I made an apparently imflamatory statement and then left. I guess to me there is an ocean, a continent, and another ocean's difference between some woman who made and presumably still makes bad relationship decisions, let some guy get her pregnant, and let him walk away. That guy is laughting at you the whole time you are raising his kid and will likely do the same. On the other hand. Some woman who got married, had a kid and then something terrible happened. Disease, plane crash, killed in the line of duty, etc. Raising that guys kid I have no problem with.
