I've been having sessions of thinking and deep thoughts I break down, and I notice my dreams are getting more stronger. I am also having a tad bit more understanding and control. They are also getting more realistic.

Mindfulness sounds like your kind of thing. ASMR works well for some, if your earphones are good. And I always liked TaI Chi.
