I'm not religious, though I believe the universe is all in the mind and anything cna happen if you truly believe it

Mindfulness sounds like your kind of thing. ASMR works well for some, if your earphones are good. And I always liked TaI Chi.

I'm not sure what would help with lucid dreaming though.
