Well my company spent 9 months to find someone like me to do stuffs I am doing because the last legal immigrate they hired went back home Asia. They are mandatory to pay me 15% higher than the average wage of the same occupation in the area (DFW) and need to post a hiring advertisement in DFW area for 3 weeks to prove to USCIS that they cannot find locals to do my stuff . All legal frees and applications fees must be paid by the company not me. Well, I won't say that this set of rule cannot be exploit, if my company exploits it that's their fault, I just do my shit and get my check. Hate me or my employer, I care not. I quite love USA. Can't vote for Trump tho, sad.
