What Guns you have in your game?
How many endings do you have?
Is it simliar to the Borderlands? (Like leveling up, selecting a character, over millions of guns etc.)
Will there be crafting? And How does the story play out
Is the story pre-determined or will the actions you do affect the course of the story? Are there any stat benefits to being loyal to a single faction? Are there special faction-only equipment or benefits that other factions dont get? Is there some comedic elements in the story or is it all balls to the wall serious?

Have you considered the wavefunction collapse algorithm to generate the infinite city? If the cities consists of constrained tiles, that might be a great way to prodceduraly throw them together. (github[dot]com[slash]mxgmn[slash]WaveFunctionCollapse)
Are they any easter eggs planed or already in game?
Is there going to be missions or something to do inside that infinite city? I worry the game could turn into a "No Man's Sky", where, the place was so huge it felt empty.
In your narrative, do you find the beautiful ones, or do you start as one? I think it would be cool to start as a peace keeper who becomes disillusioned and finds "the beautiful ones" as the most orderly group, and then joins them. Are you going to release the game on Steam with an early access option as well, or will you release it fully finished and then add updates?
Also, do you need any extra voice acting or would you entertain using any more music for different parts of the game or video commercials etc.?

Are all the conversational npcs, going to be mice? I wonder because if I want to make a npc in the game & I want to write an identity of sorts for it then it would be nice to know.
What about the potential differing look(s), or visual stylings of the npcs.. how varied or differing will their graphical look(s) or visual stylings be..?
After I create dialogue will you ask me about opinions on npc visual design options?
On another direction.. do you feel the project that is happening here that could be written, by the group of us contributors other than yourself & then added to what you've written out may feel like a mistake once completed?
I think my guess is you want to have the Escape from Utopia game be a possible point where many guys, even if they aren't making videos can share their own unique spins on what could happen in a scenario like this.
Which program is escape from utopia being written in?

Unity is pissing me the fuck off. They got rid of Enlighten and I'm forced to use Progressive light mapper, but its bugged out. I'm starting to think I need to try Unreal Engine.
