This is how you get stuff done, gentlemen.

2018-11-16 18:19:23 UTC

@⚡Clark⚡ It isn't vague though, if anything it's less vague than Identity Evropa.

2018-11-16 18:20:25 UTC

Europe is pretty specific. America is a continent

2018-11-16 18:20:26 UTC

What is vague about Identity Evropa? Literally just a fancy way of sayin Identity white people @Virgil

2018-11-16 18:21:16 UTC

How is a civic nationalist term less vague?

2018-11-16 18:21:27 UTC

@Virgil I get that WN 1.0 sullied the term in the 90s. My point was that I had no knowledge of that when I entered the movement, so the term was not sullied to me. I can't be the only person for whom this is true. Not saying we should call ourselves WN, just that to a lot of young normies the term doesn't invoke the images it does to older people and political obsessives like us and hardcore leftists.

2018-11-16 18:21:31 UTC

I'm in my public speaking class right now and this white girl is talking about how important black women empowerment is

2018-11-16 18:21:43 UTC

There's nothing civic nationalist about saying "American Identity"

2018-11-16 18:22:04 UTC

Americans had a unique identity rooted in European values up until WWII

2018-11-16 18:22:11 UTC

Most people don't know that

2018-11-16 18:22:21 UTC

@Jacob they *do* have to be both a mom and a dad.

2018-11-16 18:22:46 UTC

@tsea American Identity has successfully been transformed into a civic nationalism Identity, in the current state. What is how something used to be, 70 years ago, relevant today?

2018-11-16 18:22:54 UTC

@Jacob "I'm in my public speaking class right now and this white girl is talking about how important black women empowerment is" What's her argument?

2018-11-16 18:23:00 UTC

I joined IE after seeing the posters two years ago and I immediately got it. If I saw some posters about how cool America is, I'd have been like "eh, another civnat group" and kept on walking.

2018-11-16 18:23:13 UTC

@⚡Clark⚡ because the core of America (white America) still has that identity

2018-11-16 18:23:18 UTC

Furthermore with a more normie friendly name we can conduct business much more easily. Venues will be much less suspicious of us if we had an optical name. Plus it would be symbolic of the normalization of our organization

2018-11-16 18:23:30 UTC

Most people think history started at WWII and that we fought that war to save Holocaust victims.

2018-11-16 18:23:36 UTC

@ThisIsChris She doesn't have an argument, she's just giving a speech on some black actress and her support of black women empowerment was mentioned as one thing that's cool about her

2018-11-16 18:24:19 UTC

@missliterallywho I want to take back the term "white nationalist" some day but I see why we shouldn't use it now

2018-11-16 18:24:27 UTC

@Jacob same

2018-11-16 18:24:43 UTC

I don't want to be an "identitarian" forever. Deep down we know it's an artificial label. But it's the best we have right now.

2018-11-16 18:24:44 UTC

@missliterallywho "Most people think history started at WWII and that we fought that war to save Holocaust victims." That's a favorable narrative to us. I've trolled jews on reddit and twitter asking if they're ever going to thanks whites for giving their lives for them

2018-11-16 18:25:18 UTC

@⚡Clark⚡ "You misspelled Europe" "What's up with the v?" "What's evropa?" Look at our twitter comments from time to time

2018-11-16 18:25:32 UTC

@Jacob oh ok. Well so long as she's pro-black but not anti-white that's cool.

2018-11-16 18:25:32 UTC

Getting a normie friendly name won't change much once ADL, SPLC et al jump on it and make sure everyone knows we're still us

2018-11-16 18:25:45 UTC

@ThisIsChris this, anytime people say whites need to pay for the Holocaust i tell them we lost half a million men fighting the perpetrators of the Holocaust

2018-11-16 18:25:47 UTC

V is *aesthetic*

2018-11-16 18:25:52 UTC

"it's important to stand up for what you believe in but it's also important to understand both sides" okay this girl said something based and redpilled

2018-11-16 18:26:04 UTC

@tsea it's a great talking point!

2018-11-16 18:26:18 UTC

@missliterallywho Maybe the term will be redeemed in the future, but probably not anytime soon.

2018-11-16 18:26:23 UTC

Only brainlets don't get the V

2018-11-16 18:26:34 UTC

@ThisIsChris ehhh I don't think it's productive for white people to go around saying they're pro-black, but, I mean, ya, we shouldn't be "anti" other people

2018-11-16 18:27:56 UTC

I would say I'm pro every race. Not just for optics, I genuinely want everyone to be happy in their homeland. But the problem with specifying that I'm "pro black", is that I'm singling out a group that isn't my own for no good reason.

2018-11-16 18:28:50 UTC

Being "anti" other people is cringe and bluepilled

2018-11-16 18:29:06 UTC

But so is going out of your way to please them

2018-11-16 18:30:35 UTC

Oh yeah pleasing other groups is not a good goal, but something unique about white people is that they get warm feelings when presented with selfless rhetoric so it could just help lower people's defenses sometimes where the goal is appealing to our people.

"at the time, it was a time of scared" - Asian girl on Japanese internment camps

2018-11-16 18:31:14 UTC

Also changing the name will put some distance between us and C'ville and it would represent our tactical and aesthetic shift, since c'ville

"big replacement is big scary" - Patrick Casey, big director man of Identify Europe

2018-11-16 18:32:17 UTC

@Virgil I agree it would be an outward sign that we know CVille is a tainted mess

2018-11-16 18:32:36 UTC

We can find a new name where we switch the u with a v
