I don't buy the whole "questionable counties" thing... Why is it that these all happen to be predominantly minority areas? Why is it surprising that heavily Democrat areas voted for Biden? If they didn't follow procedures, it should have been easy to prove that people voted fraudulently. Matt Braynard produced lists of people he thought may have voted fraudulently and these were given to the FBI and the Trump campaign. Zero arrests resulted.
This was the first election in history that used all voting equipment with paper backups. This is also the first election to use Risk Limiting Audits, which mathematically verifies the accuracy of the tabulated result by hand counting a random subset of votes from the election. All voting machine vendors were required to submit all of their source code for independent verification. Code updates are managed by the federal government including code review of updates.
The media has no control over the courts. I don't know how that is relevant. The law is the law.
You say that your questioning of the results has nothing to do with Trump, but the only reason why there is a question about the results is Trump's claims of unsubstantiated irregularities. As a finance person, you should know that trust has nothing to do with supposition or speculation. It has to do with facts. Either they are on your side, or they are not.
