Absent of explicit statements it's hard to say he's racist. Much of his actions and statements could be just as well be because he's narcissistic. That's my opinion, BTW, I think if you're black and agree with him and praise he loves you and if you're white and disagree with him and criticize him he hates you. Everything about how he feels and treats you revolves around your opinion of him. He could care less about your race ... in my opinion.

I do not think that the 2nd Amendment was intended to give citizens carte blanche to own any sort of firearm for any purpose.
The "right to bear arms" was only discussed in connection with a "well-regulated militia". In fact, the Supreme Court use to agree years and year ago but they have slowly swapped that stance.

Again, just because I don't think the Constitution protects your right to own a Howizter for home protection does not mean I oppose gun ownership. I don't. There is no need to ban all guns.

In fact the Militia part starts it off.... "In order to maintain a well regulated milita...." So its telling you WHY....

If they wanted people to have the right to bear arms for home protection, hunting, and defending yoruself against your government (as if often suggested) then why even mention the Militia?

Why not say: "It shall be the right of the people to bear arms. period"?
