If all of the witnesses were republicans I would say his case would be just a tad bit less strong, but there are democrats who have come forward too.

2020-11-26 16:58:13 UTC

Plus there is past documentation of fraud and concerns about the voting machines from not only the republicans, but democrats as well as the MSM

2020-11-26 16:58:17 UTC

But mmy question though, lol ?

2020-11-26 16:58:35 UTC

The level of proof needed I mean

2020-11-26 16:58:45 UTC

So all their assertions that everything was absolutely secure are provably disingenuous

2020-11-26 16:58:57 UTC

yes... they have the level of proof they need

2020-11-26 16:59:10 UTC

Sworn affidavits are admissible in courts

2020-11-26 17:00:42 UTC

@JunoBlade Are you saying yes that it only needs to be a preponderance of the evidence ?

2020-11-26 17:09:41 UTC

2020-11-26 17:13:17 UTC

@DariusGalaxyz There needs to be a preponderance of evidence and it needs to be compelling as well.

2020-11-26 17:13:27 UTC

I do believe that the president's case has both

2020-11-26 17:14:27 UTC

Cuz I did read (upon delving into it a little further) that in most cases for civil lawsuits that it needs to be a preponderance of the evidence, but that usually for fraud it has to be "clear and convincing evidence".

2020-11-26 17:14:52 UTC

The latter of which is the middle of the 3 burdens of proof.

2020-11-26 17:15:04 UTC

@stoneytoney what is the name of the channel we’re we vote?

2020-11-26 17:15:21 UTC

I just saw it.

2020-11-26 17:15:33 UTC

use the <:magahat:772838503239122984>

2020-11-26 17:15:34 UTC

But thanks

2020-11-26 17:15:44 UTC

Yes... for these cases though, the burden of proof might be a bit higher than in a private civil litigation because what we are talking about doing is serious

2020-11-26 17:16:29 UTC

So my guess is that several legal standards will be required... we are, after all, talking about overturning an election that many believe has been finalized.

2020-11-26 17:16:29 UTC

And really it's all up to the judges, I don't think there's a law that says it has to be proven by those certain amounts ?

2020-11-26 17:16:37 UTC

It's just typical practice.

2020-11-26 17:16:55 UTC

And the democrats will go absolutely BONKERS when they overturn it. So we will need to have overwhelming evidence

2020-11-26 17:17:01 UTC

Where do I check in for the tournament?

2020-11-26 17:17:15 UTC

<#780859909247467560>

2020-11-26 17:17:20 UTC

when does it start

2020-11-26 17:17:22 UTC

I believe, again, that the president's legal team DOES have the evidence and the level of proof they need

2020-11-26 17:17:38 UTC

Tournament starts in just under 45 minutes.

2020-11-26 17:17:40 UTC

2020-11-26 17:17:52 UTC

2020-11-26 17:17:55 UTC

@wizard man Check in with President-elect toony dude

2020-11-26 17:17:59 UTC
