They’ll just make ghost guns
They thin just making more laws will solve the problem. That flaw in logical reasoning is dangerous to this country
if we TRUL:Y want to be safe we should do what Switzerland does... REQUIRE gun ownership, require classes and training on how to properly handle firearms, and require that legal guns be registered, and re-registered if passed on to heirs
Then expand open carry and concealed carry laws... so that the law abiding populace can defend those who need to be defended
Many law abiding gun owners have actually prevented mass shootings and other atrocities because they were armed.
However, I am also buying some crossbows just in case. LOL
@JunoBlade Is it true that these lawsuits only need the preponderance of the evidence burden of proof ?
The burden of proof IS on the plaintiff, which is, of course, the president. His attorneys have plenty of evidence. There are literally more than an thousand sworn affidavits as well as statistical analysis and some whistleblowers
If all of the witnesses were republicans I would say his case would be just a tad bit less strong, but there are democrats who have come forward too.
Plus there is past documentation of fraud and concerns about the voting machines from not only the republicans, but democrats as well as the MSM
But mmy question though, lol ?
The level of proof needed I mean
So all their assertions that everything was absolutely secure are provably disingenuous
yes... they have the level of proof they need
Sworn affidavits are admissible in courts
@JunoBlade Are you saying yes that it only needs to be a preponderance of the evidence ?

@DariusGalaxyz There needs to be a preponderance of evidence and it needs to be compelling as well.
I do believe that the president's case has both
Cuz I did read (upon delving into it a little further) that in most cases for civil lawsuits that it needs to be a preponderance of the evidence, but that usually for fraud it has to be "clear and convincing evidence".
The latter of which is the middle of the 3 burdens of proof.
@stoneytoney what is the name of the channel we’re we vote?

I just saw it.

But thanks
Yes... for these cases though, the burden of proof might be a bit higher than in a private civil litigation because what we are talking about doing is serious
So my guess is that several legal standards will be required... we are, after all, talking about overturning an election that many believe has been finalized.
And really it's all up to the judges, I don't think there's a law that says it has to be proven by those certain amounts ?
It's just typical practice.
And the democrats will go absolutely BONKERS when they overturn it. So we will need to have overwhelming evidence
Where do I check in for the tournament?
