SO, the shift that works over night isn’t the best and they’re quite lazy. My mom (who is kind of high up the food chain) has told this shift to get their act together. This is important.

On that day, my mom had somehow managed to get ALL of her coworkers in her shift to call out on medical leave **2 HOURS** before their shift was supposed to start. This left all the over night people to work the mornin to afternoon shift until the afternoon to night shift came in to replace them.
