@YuriBezmenov I do. I want to maintain the ripped look I have going. I am fairly strong in the 5 main lifts but I guess I could lift heavier. I'm pretty confident with the weight I can lift. I've been looking a lot more into Aristotle, Ayn Rand, Stoicism and Minimalism. I'm already a minimalist (moved over 1k miles to western USA in a sedan with all my belongings). I don't have any great philosophy. I'm a realist and very practical. I am a hybrid between scientist and engineer, lol. I like to apply.

I know this is unrelated: Have you all gone dark on politics/news? I just moved to the west coast and it's worst here than anywhere I've lived when it comes to politics. I have been silent so if I don't consume it - it would be easier to stay silent on my true opinions.
