Morning gents! Cole Robinson / Snake Diet guy motivated me to try a 3 day dry fast. I’m 7 hours in. I did do a little cardio but very low impact and only 20 mins. I’ll do some more tomorrow if I can handle it. Never dry fasted before but did water fast twice for 3 days. @Xychotic

I'm not too much of the talkative type irl. Never really was. So I just put on my headphones, tune everyone out, and do my job. I can tell people talk shit because my female and boomer co-workers mostly constantly look at me and giggle. But I couldn't give less of a fuck as long as my paycheck is all there 🤷
