I'm not too much of the talkative type irl. Never really was. So I just put on my headphones, tune everyone out, and do my job. I can tell people talk shit because my female and boomer co-workers mostly constantly look at me and giggle. But I couldn't give less of a fuck as long as my paycheck is all there 🤷

Where I work, I'm high touch. So there's no ghosting in plain sight relative to my direct coworkers. But my method tends to be extra polite and formal.
