seems kinda extreme
youre donating your blood immunities for 60 bux
@Conway - OK If we spend x > = $0, then we are paying too much for Israel.
Agreed. Pointing out double standards works well for White People.
Israel always gets bipartisan support for their border. US gets some symbolic border security.
Granted Trump has done quite well for deportations but pointing out that the same NeoCons that push for immigration to the US while arguing that Israel defending its borders with 10 times worse optics than the Border Patrol is a good way to get the Alt Light on our side.
Unlike the RS types saying that we need to "declare war" on the Alt Light, we need to come closer to them and poach their people.
Many of us used to be them and we need to keep utilizing their platforms to get them all the way there.
^ yes. Lots of arrogance often, as if it’s not an intellectual journey to get here and we all knew it all along.
Many of them will work out ways to be Pro White but not name Whites as a group to be advocated for. Our main goal should be to make advocating for Whites a normal thing.
AKA less immigration why?
Not muh GDP but to preserve the character of the nation.
so whats the rundown on fields? Guilty? not guilty? anyone have any hot takes?
I believe that is off limits.
Ive also come to the conclusion that movies use God Damn so much because theyre written by jews. Anyone have any input on this? Ive nearly never heard anyone damn Gods name, but in movies its absolutely ubiquitous
@Alexander Pechorin why though?
You should read up on the communist movie boards in the 40s. Lots of interesting things happened rooting out communism (Jewishness) from American cinema. Unfortunately it didn’t last.
It's really annoying how when I look up real estate online there's a bunch of troll listings with obviously fake prices
@Alexander Pechorin where should I start?
Problem is, there's a lot of grey area and I can't see where the fake prices end and actual cheap houses start
be really careful though. for every 8 shit properties you find you'll have 1 good one
I'm mostly looking out of curiousity
I'm not necessarily trying to strike an amazing deal right now
but I want to know how much property costs in certain areas
yeah zillow and whatnot list inflated prices
-10% to 20% depending on region is fair. Id almost never shoot for even with a normal zillow price.
It's even worse when you look at international real estate prices
I have no idea what is real
There's troll listings for like $200 which are obviously fake, but there could very well be $10,000 properties in some countries
yeah I imagine -50%-70% is fair on international stuff. For instance vancouver - a shack runs 100k minimum
its all immigration & foreign money
I'm looking on realtor.com right now
seems like a pretty bad website
I thought it would be credible since it's a legitimate company
at this point in time almost any site listing retail will be inflated by >=10%
best way to find a fair bargain is by finding local resellers - sold by owner exclusively
hmmm I guess I could look on whatever the local equivalent of Craigslist or whatever is and convert the prices into dollars
but those websites get spammed with fake listings too
pisses me off when people list their stuff on Craigslist for $1
