idk thats a good bit of time
thats more time than most movers spend in an area before moving there
if it works for you Id go for it, just be aware of the cost of getting back - flights, moving, rent & costs for time spent looking for work
I told myself I'd do it once I reach $20,000 in savings. I was almost there but then crypto crashed lmao.
the US as is is a real pisshole. Im gonna stick around to try & fix it up, but if you have better white options you can fit into lickity split Id take them
20k USD is a good target
That's good I don't believe in running away
from your problems
this situation is a bit different though
wow only $22,000 for this literal house
A bit of a fixer upper but apparently you can buy this 15th century castle for $20,000
Once we get Notch to join IE, the globalists will have no option but to accept defeat
Last night I got dogpiled by so-called identitarians for making arguments that were made by the people who actually invented identitarianism like Alain de Benoist 😂
I had a dream that IE formed it's own college and I was taking classes there lol
Getting your degree Huwhiteness Studies?
lol when I asked my dad for input when I was choosing a minor he said I can choose anything as long as it's not white supremacist studies
want your whiteness studies degree? read every book Arktos has. once you have done that then you are officially white.
@reactionarytree "Black Americans comprise 13% of the population, but they make up 40% of the prison population." Funny. I can think of another way to phrase that...
Ben & Jerry's WOKE AF, spreading race realism disguised as leftism.
B&J's official ice cream of IE
when the woke capitalism backfires hard
Honestly I had to do a double take
That looked like a Stefan Molyneaux tweet
I have no idea how an average person could look at something like that and become *more* liberal

If you were moving somewhere really far, would you buy or rent? At first I thought buying might be better as long as you can afford it, but it's a really big decision, so it might be better to rent for like a year and during that time physically look around for places to buy.
All we do at the UN is whine on behalf of Israel tho so
@Jacob Depends on where it is, and what your credit is like. If the area's thoroughly White, and your credit's good, then it might be worth considering. If it's poised to be "enriched" within the next ten or fifteen years, prolly wanna rent.
oh I'm not looking at any areas remotely close to enrichment
Renting a house is always a bad idea unless you are financially incapable of buying it. Then the question becomes why are you shopping outside your own price range
- t. bougie but still
@Jacob You should probably seek out that gent who did the real estate bit a couple of firesides back.
OH fella
Well, the thing is, to look around and go through the whole buying process and everything, I'd have to be in the area for while, so I'd waste a bunch of money on hotels. Might as well just rent a place at that point.
That’s a very short term perspective imo
That house and its value will be around long around the money spent on hotels is irrelevant. Stay at cheap hotels
@Bjorn - MD Ya maybe. It's not super high priority, though. I'm mostly just fantasizing right now. I still have like two years of college left so I'm stuck here for a bit.
