This meme has a double-entendre. 1) Trump recovered from a "deadly" virus and is up in the polls, much like Gandalf dying and coming back stronger. 2) He stopped being orange and was fair-skinned again in his recent updates.
Oh, and all those liberals who already think his supporters have a savior complex will lose their sh... poop, I mean.
