The way I read the Texas’ filing is, other states’ voters cannot have their vote diminished by (...). => Could it happen that SCOTUS invalidates the 4 states, but that the vote doesn’t go to HoR, and we only retain the votes of the properly elected part of the electoral college?

- Is going to HoR mandatory if 1 state is invalidated?

- It would be a powerful message to electors of the fraudulent states : « Your vote cannot count because the governors you’ve elected are not mentally capable of organizing an election, so we’ll just listen to the votes of ~500 other members of the electoral college instead of 587. And by the way maybe please get rid of your governors if you want your vote to count next time. Just saying ».

I'm glad to see so many president elects lmao

2020-12-08 21:46:02 UTC

Louisiana's release from the AG Office also remind us that Texas themselves and a few other states filed a legal brief urging SCOTUS to look into PA

2020-12-08 21:46:04 UTC

In november

2020-12-08 21:46:21 UTC

These states are: Missouri, Alabama,
Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi,
South Carolina, South Dakota, and Texas.

2020-12-08 21:46:38 UTC

So I would hazard a guess that most if not all of those states will also join in soon

2020-12-08 21:47:16 UTC

The texas suit was telegraphed since early november but it was so lost in the weeds we didn t see it coming

2020-12-08 21:47:18 UTC

No-one did

2020-12-08 21:48:41 UTC

Any validity?

2020-12-08 21:51:09 UTC

I need a translator because this is too lawyery for me

2020-12-08 21:53:16 UTC

pennsylvania can certify

2020-12-08 21:53:24 UTC

Do you have a link?

2020-12-08 21:53:31 UTC

They have denied injunctive relief

2020-12-08 21:53:40 UTC

but scotus can after hearing the texas case revoke certification. It means nothing

2020-12-08 21:53:44 UTC

Mike Kelly asked Alito to stop PA from certifying

2020-12-08 21:53:54 UTC

im expecting Utah to join soon tbh, i remember reading awhile back that their Ag was going to look into the election back when this shitshow started.

2020-12-08 21:54:07 UTC

Thats the order

2020-12-08 21:54:17 UTC

It's from a thread on 4chan. It's probably buried by now.

2020-12-08 21:54:31 UTC

its likely biden is our president lets all be honest. Would be a miracle if trump wins this thing even though we all know fuckery is afoot.

2020-12-08 21:54:46 UTC

this texas case is last straw

2020-12-08 21:54:47 UTC

2020-12-08 21:55:39 UTC

There is a Louisiana one

2020-12-08 21:55:43 UTC

Joining with Texas

2020-12-08 21:57:14 UTC

I assume an opinion will be filed soon

2020-12-08 21:57:26 UTC
2020-12-08 22:01:08 UTC

Any reason why scotus dropped the case against Pennsylvania?

2020-12-08 22:01:18 UTC

They didn’t
