The way I read the Texas’ filing is, other states’ voters cannot have their vote diminished by (...). => Could it happen that SCOTUS invalidates the 4 states, but that the vote doesn’t go to HoR, and we only retain the votes of the properly elected part of the electoral college?

- It would be a powerful message to electors of the fraudulent states : « Your vote cannot count because the governors you’ve elected are not mentally capable of organizing an election, so we’ll just listen to the votes of ~500 other members of the electoral college instead of 587. Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi,

So I would hazard a guess that most if not all of those states will also join in soon
