brioche buns were toasted on the pan

after frying the egg, I poked the egg yolk and poured in a separate container with the yolk remains. I use the yolk to pour onto my burger so it doesn't make a mess on the pan

I made fried pies today, I had some fruit left over from the holidays so I combined them all added cinnamon and sugar to taste, blended them they are quite tasty.

Bagged some up to freeze

Oh and they are made with Apple, Peach and Apricot.
It’s really a great flavor combination.. Who Knew?

Somethings are so processed and/or nasty or required special equipment I cannot make them at home...I still buy Marshmallows for example... but you would be surprised at what you can do if you try. 🙂
