Awwh
Big baby
She is π
Thats a nice dog. What breed?
She's a Yellow Lab and German Shepherd mix
Sunbeams, a cats natural weakness
so cute
How do I discipline my kitten? The little fucker tried to get into his treats after he knocked them down
I looked it up and hitting, spraying, shaking, pretty much anything is a no no and I'm lost
He's not a bad kitten he just doesnt know what to do, I've only had him a week and a half and I dont want to make him feel unwanted
Use a spray bottle of water on fine stream. Or a squirt gun. Problem solved π
I flick mine on the ears hard. No damage, but they don't like it.
Birds
Spray bottle with water is effective. Chasing kitten around and soaking them is also effective for repeat offenses back to back. Just remember to offer affection when they come up to apologize. Animals don't, typically, hold grudges and are confused when we humans do.
The spray bottle didn't work for me because nothing teaches a kitten a lesson like ruining a motherboard.
Lol
Proper aiming technique seems to be the issue there. Operator error π
I was thinking the same lol
Never point the muzzle at something you dont want sprayed
But an ear flick works fine.
Well thank you, I'll try that.
Imposing your size on the kitten is also effective in establishing that you are to be listened to. Cats attempt to make themselves seem larger to warn off undesirable behavior
He drives me crazy sometimes
Dogs are what we wish we were. Cats are what we actually are
As in, cats are assholes π
My dog is functionally retarded. My cats are defective.
My dog is 175# thinking hes a cat. My cats are 6# of thinking they are the dog
I've found that "stupid" or "retarded" dogs are usually playing dumb so you'll stop or just give in
My dog was raised with cats, and thinks she *is* one. She's a fixed female German Shepherd that will try to hump female cats if they are in heat.
Lol
My dog is normal
Compared to some of these descriptions
My last dog was a psychotic Basset Hound. She was heavily abused as a pup before I adopted her, and was never right in the head.
I knew a rotty raised by a German shepard. Hunted like a shepard too. Only made noise to warn grandma something was up. But when things got real he got quiet and "took care" of whatever the problem was
That is a floof @Theranger
Last cat I had before this one was an oddball. He was legit the best cat ever born. He was kind, gentle, listened, loving, chill, and trained. He never did anything bad, and he was always a joy to be around. RIP Cotton
Floof reminded me of this one
