CPS is shit, nearly tore my family apart because my mom had left a job, a person at that job reported my family to CPS over it. They came to school during the middle of the school day (I was in 4th grade) and started questioning every aspect of my life. Than they decided they could come into our home and inspect it, or more less look for anything they could tack on. They are not good people, I hate them, and they will never be entering my home.

If you listen to Yuri Bezmenov, CPS are amongst the "social workers" that no one nominated or wanted, yet somehow existed and stepping in between people.
