I've stopped eating bread in like january
reuses ingredients, etc
your body will just crave bread and substitute in other carbs
so you'll be eating more of other carb-heavy foods without realizing it
you have to cut out simple carbs altogether

most storebought granola is just sugar cereal nowadays
it's not remotely healthy
they're full of shit
its literally just doused in brown rice syrup and put with a green label on it that says "healthy"
