So I believe he exists, but instead of being a generous man from the North Pole, he is a representation of modern corporatist fat-cats who demand you spend more money of their products than usual purely so you can sustain the magic that is Christmas. Therefore, Santa is purely nothing more than a facade for corporations to pretend to be benevolent and jolly while wringing their hands knowing what they wrought and knowing it boosts their sales and lines their pockets.
