This is sort of going back in time, but with regard to the hearing on the 3rd of December. Wasn't this already done? A judge in Illinois made the determination that the charges were valid enough for extradition. A court commissioner earlier this month made the determination that the charges are warranted enough to set bail at $2 million.
I am not a trial lawyer, nor a lawyer at all, I just studied health care law as part of my MPH - this seems like another redundancy to me.

Thanks... I have really been wanting to hear the facts on this case. I think this guy was absolutely stupid to go there like that, but that doesnt mean it was not self defense. Just because he was being a little moron doesnt me he doesnt have the right to defend himself (so long as he was not the person that originally engaged)

Next court date is scheduled January 5th at 1 PM/2 PM EDT.
My video cut out but Im sure that was enough for probable cause. But if that detective is an indication of how law enforcement will be testifying at trial Rittenhouse will not be convicted.
