@DrSammyD https://elections.wi.gov/node/6788 According to the WI gov site, people can request that status because of CoVid-19. If the registrar was concerned that they may not qualify, they could call the voter to verify that they are. Otherwise, rock on.

2020-11-21 06:38:23 UTC

And yes, we were aware from Iowa Caucuses to mail in ballots. Next!

2020-11-21 06:38:24 UTC

@inwa, you just advanced to level 2!

2020-11-21 06:39:21 UTC

Taking state boards was simple, show ID, use #2 pencil, scan answer sheet, confirm pass or fail on the spot. Received actual score in the mail a week later. Why is voting so complicated?

2020-11-21 06:41:29 UTC

ID was verified to be same as application to take state boards

2020-11-21 06:44:16 UTC

Swing batter, batter...swing. seriously? Isn't some mafia boss buried at Yankee Stadium home plate? Not sure. Let's ask Crimea?

@NoobDad Here's why I don't accept that mail-in voter fraud is as big an issue as many might think. First, a person that commits mail-in voter fraud has to tell the state where to mail the ballot so they can receive it (even if they used an address that wasn't theirs they would still need access to it and there would be a practical limit as to how many fraudulent ballots you could have sent to a single address). Second, a person that commits mail-in fraud is risking prosecution for 3 felonies (identity theft, mail fraud, and voter fraud). The logistics involved with orchestrating a massive mail-in fraud operation would be exceedingly daunting. It doesn't make sense that it would be registration/mail-in side of the equation.

2020-11-21 06:45:14 UTC

Absentee ballots generally were not volunteer, they were spammed to people

2020-11-21 06:45:57 UTC

If they are volunteer, then yes, the stats make sense, but absentee ballots getting bulk mailed to voters led to many errors all around the nations, misplaced piles, thrown-away piles, stolen piles.

2020-11-21 06:45:58 UTC

Or recruited by "citizens united" HA!

2020-11-21 06:46:56 UTC

And that's what happened

2020-11-21 06:47:00 UTC

Michigan United. Whatever strike or stroke. Same purpose

2020-11-21 06:47:02 UTC

Who knows who got a hold of those

2020-11-21 06:48:41 UTC

You don't want to know. Neither does anyone, really.

2020-11-21 06:49:11 UTC

Lol, headline got me, most were elderly who received it, but they had to check a box.

2020-11-21 06:53:45 UTC

@TaLoN132
According to the law, no it doesn't. Covid Quarantines aren't indefinite. and 169K is half of ALL Covid cases in Wisconsin since the beginning of the pandemic.

The Elections Clerk is wrong. The plain reading of this statute shows it. Not only that, but if they had gotten out of (their delimited time) quarantine, and voted after that, they'd still be in violation of this law. https://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/document/statutes/6.86(2)(a)

2020-11-21 06:55:02 UTC

How many? Perhaps a fraction from all of the precincts and counties electronically submitting with a shocking proportion of fraud via convicts, illegals, and death records...take me back to 30 yrs ago or even before. Noses and heads removed from Ramses. Look away folks, nothing to see here. Nothing has changed

2020-11-21 06:56:43 UTC

@TaLoN132 here it is. 7 million absentee applications were sent out and this is whre the influx came in. The problem is the applications didn't reach all recipients. The increased demand of absentee voters created a nice big number to cover any fraudulent ballots they injected.

@NoobDad Here in CA, all registered voters get mail-in ballots. There are 5 other states that do it the same way. We can fill in the ballot and mail it in, put it in a designated official drop box, or designate someone to drop if off for you at your polling place on election day (they have to show their ID when dropping off your ballot). If you want to vote in person, you can bring your mail-in ballot with you and surrender it - or you can vote provisionally (which will only count if they don't receive your mail-in ballot.

@TaLoN132, you just advanced to level 7!

2020-11-21 07:01:31 UTC

@DrSammyD WI did not say that you had to have CoVid to be designated as indefinite - they said that you had to be in a high-risk category.

2020-11-21 07:02:23 UTC

@TaLoN132 like the article says, though, this was the first time for Georgia. here is from the affidavit of woman who saw pristine ballots:

The Democrats are dying in California. Gone are the days of gold.

2020-11-21 07:03:18 UTC

@NoobDad Yeah.... GA admitted that they had issues with the primary. They made modifications for the general election.

@TaLoN132

So if any of them left their house to go to a grocery store, they committed fraud?

2020-11-21 07:08:18 UTC

@TaLoN132 wow! read it.

@NoobDad, you just advanced to level 5!

We are down to tier 3 in Chicago

2020-11-21 07:09:20 UTC

She goes into more detail, like having to sign chain of custody even though the machines weren't there yet. She was also treated diffrently from other counters, and saw that they weren't following protocol

2020-11-21 07:10:27 UTC

@NoobDad I watched her video. She seemed pretty credible. I would be interested in knowing more specifics. I know that there is a process that they use for fixing ballots that have been damaged - like if they got caught in a scanner and was ripped or if there was a problem when they took it out of the envelop. There is supposed to be a repair process that allows a bipartisan verification of the copying of the ballot choices onto a fresh ballot. I assume they would set these aside and process them all at once. If they were really identical, someone messed up or got lazy (the missing signature may be a clue). That might explain why fresh ballots were used and why this was an isolated incident. It is not necessarily indicative of massive fraud. While possibly reprehensible, its not enough to overturn an election.

2020-11-21 07:11:59 UTC

Well it depends how many she saw. It was only 12k difference

2020-11-21 07:12:21 UTC

But it's getting late, it was nice talking to you. Please watch this video, let me know what you think:

2020-11-21 07:12:46 UTC

I'm hoping @RobertGrulerEsq comments on it.

2020-11-21 07:13:01 UTC

Another thing to consider is that the Dominion Voting system is brand new in Georgia. She was apparently brought in for the recount effort, so she might not be as familiar with the new procedures. It definitely would not explain 98 identical pristine ballots.

2020-11-21 07:13:51 UTC

They were not following protocol, though, so that's what concerns me, doesn't give me much confidence

2020-11-21 07:14:14 UTC

It was nice talking with you, too. I look at this as an intellectual problem that needs to be analyzed. It's good to be able to bounce ideas off others that look at it just as critically from another perspective.

2020-11-21 07:14:57 UTC

They raked Russell through the coals because his affidavit had some dumb mistakes.... ugh... but it has nothing to do with the video itself, he did a study on Texas elections when they were using the software. Very interesting!
