Let alone most associate justices.
You'll probably hear a lot about this in the near future, as when I posted it I noticed a popup from a commentator directly referencing this. (Tim)
Not to mention: I don't feel the idea of some of these lawsuits coming back on appeal and somehow being flipped in these districts would sit well with the American public in the slightest. I personally think it's a lot of overreaching at this point as the deadline comes nearer.
I don't think associate justices can do much other than offer guidance and review from their assignments to these districts.
I could very well be wrong, but that's my understanding as a layman.
It's smart to associate their names in the hot spots (with whatever capacity they have to affect, which I don't know.) It takes claims of reptilian radical communist supreme court justice activists out of play. I am a fan.
I'd also be willing to bet that the only assignment that changed was ACB on that list, if it weren't the case, I think it'd be much more a cause for alarm.
Speaking of, let's see if I can get the last assignments.
Oh, that would be interesting to see.
It will be fascinating to see the contortions necessary to put, say, Clarence Thomas next to Tucker Carlson on the list of Biden shills.
It appears to not be easy to get the prior orders for assignments.
Lol
So I really assume the most junior associate justices would be assigned to something, and RBG's assignment would be taken over in this order.
Good morning all! I'm rewatching this informative video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ficae6x1Q5A&t=183s&has_verified=1&ab_channel=CDMedia
It's a detailed security analysis of Dominion and Smartmatic. If you want to know the actual technical argument that will be posed by Sidney, you can check it out. I can also give highlights.
I wouldn't be surprised if Russell Ramsland, the consultant brought on to evaluate Dominion, is the reason why Texas is no longer using Dominion.
FYI: This study was based on a past election. He did a study where he compared logging messages from a Dallas polling station and a San Antonio polling stations. Dallas, predominantly republican, San Antonio predominantly Democrat. This apple to apple comparison was used to determine if the software was buggy
But as you can see, in Dallas, there were more inconsistencies then San Antonio
It led them to believe that something suspicious was going on.
So this is what they did. They took the entire log, and they start tabulating the votes themselves based on that. They would flag any transaction that didn't make sense. The table above displays their results.
Notice that the "Votes exceed ballots" is flagged 1027 times.
@Maw It's more complicated than that. There are multiple companies, multiple patches that can be executed.
It's not just one simple image that's baked into the machine
I mean, saying it's insecure is a lot different to saying it's intentionally set up to swap votes.
This is just the beginning of the video, lol
This is what made them suspect of the software
Lots of these errors can also be caused by people improperly setting up machines.
And a number of other issues.
While running their software, 1027 TIMES, not votes, times, they flagged an error where the votes exceeded their running tally of ballots
no, it's the log
... yes, I am aware.
Once your iterator is out of balance, it repeats this same message.
Every time you feed a ballot.
it's not a single vote, they were taking data from precincts
Simply having it be unequal is enough to trigger this error.
They also found that 96 times, someone overwrote the data with USB sticks that didn't match the previous data
And it could easily be that any vote on this machine that was processed after the imbalance, was saying it's imbalanced still.
As that tends to be how iterations are set up.
Here is my beef with this. I can take Floyds autopsy report and in laymans language thoroughly explain why it was not murder. In a manner most people will clearly be able to understand, and how they could check to see if my claim was correct. I am waiting for this with the voter fraud, and all I am getting is massive amounts of smoke.
Texas is welcome to not like any mechanism they please for any reason. We can only hope that other states thought of vetting such things. Maybe they did and found it sufficient.
