O'Keefe has been charged with editing for convenience before. It has never stuck as a factual accusation.

@james j To use his videos in court he would have to have taken them at the time of the crime as video evidence of the crime itself being committed at the time and place of its commission. He is reporting what others have observed. Your expectation is not of journalism, you are expecting him to be a law enforcement officer.

@Whithers Defamation is a really, really hard case to prove and if it can be proven, most will settle. I'm not sure that's the best bellwether for veracity.

Along side James o keefes weak sauce argument of never losing a defamation suit his wall of retractions aren’t even retractions. He talks about how he got a article to add his disapproval of the article and counts that as a retraction. Adding you disagreement is not a retraction it’s just getting your response

I'm not saying he has. I just said that it is really hard to get a judgment and therefor might not be the best indicator for a person's veracity. Lance Armstrong was the pinnacle of integrity until he wasn't.

Sidney Powell. It in part depends on motive. That Dominion shut offices down and hid the names of employees that may have been committing inappropriate or illegal acts supports her claims.
