As a Christian, you still do sin. Sin is a constant battle. When I fall short of Christβs teachings, I pray and ask him to help me follow his teachings and to help me turn away from my sins. It does not mean we continue to openly sin

Openly sin would be to acknowledge youβre sinning and to keep doing that. Everyone will fall short. We arenβt perfect, but we get to always fight against sin.

@thebrodys I noted that we started out with accepting Christ as your savior. Then you had to follow his teachings, and now we have reached the third stage; you have to fight against sin. Why is this developing as we go along???
