If hormone blockers destroy your sperm or eggs wouldn’t the remedy for that to be to freeze them. That way it mitigated that problem

I read or heard at one point that there might be some changes based in science that kind of throws wrench into the whole XX/XY dichotomy. There is apparently a gene that will over ride the gender chromosomes that will result in a XY physical female and a XX physical male. It was fascinating. Maybe @Doc knows more...
