I don't think he even initially wanted to run for 2020 but the DNC needed him because many of their candidates were unfavorable except for the likes of Bernie Sanders, Tulsi Gabbard and Andrew Yang who weren't willing to play along to their corporate interests. It depends if the state's constitution or laws supersede that of the fed's constitution, or how power was delegated to the state secretary and governor in most instances.

Any single fraudulent or illegal vote is one too many because it disenfranchises another by nullifying their vote.
Fraudulent and illegal voting is a SERIOUS claim and should have a serious investigation with serious consequences of guilty parties because it affects every voter regardless of which candidate you would like to see in office.

all in all, this election will prompt a lot of criticisms to the constitution as an outdated irrelevant document.

Every single fraudulent and illegal vote claim should be investigated without a smoke screen of bias and prejudice and with the sole intent of finding the truth.

What I would like to see happen:
1- Any single person found guilty should be prosecuted and given a sentence which sets an example to help prevent future abuse of fraudulent votes being cast multiplied by how ever many counts.
2-A full review and overhaul of the voting system should be put into place before mid-terms. This overhaul should help put voter’s minds at ease and possibly aid in the prevention of any future candidate’s ability to claim that illegal or fraudulent votes were cast.
3- All proven cases of illegal or fraudulent votes should be cast out of every election to avoid disenfranchising other voters.

I would simply prefer that ballot counting require partisan witnesses, my fellow Canadians have said it doesn't matter if they aren't present but we have laws that require scrutineers to ensure the accurate and lawful counting of paper ballots.
