It really has. I live in the U.K. Europe no longer is aligned with the US and openly rejects sanctioned imposed on other nations by the US. War against Iran was rejected internationally. Turkey defied America’s “orders” to not purchase s400’s from Russia...Germany is now buying gas from Russia and not the us despite threats of sanctions, the list goes on.
