It blows the whole weighted vote BS out the window. There is no way over come the hand recount with weighted votes.

In order for votes to have been flipped, a coordinated effort would have had to have taken place with people opening up sealed batches of tabulated ballots in each of the precincts where votes were flipped, removing the Trump ballots and replacing them with Biden ballots (presumably with no downs ballot votes), and resealing the ballots so that no one can tell that they were tampered with.

That's it... It should be really easy to prove. Recount the down ballot races. If they balance, there is no way that votes were flipped. 100% game over.

That only leaves massive mail-in voter fraud and, as we have discussed before, is a daunting effort that presumes that someone is willing to provide the address that likely leads authorities right to them.

She said “A person shall not threaten or intimidate a challenger while performing an activity which is allowed.” It’s a misdemeanor crime. This crime prohibited challengers from doing their job.

And these votes were counted while this law was broken. I would have to rewatch again but I’m pretty sure more than this one law was broken.

To be fair... She pointed out that she allowed what she believed to be felonious behavior - the dropping off of 50 ballots by a single person (as someone who purported to be election law expert and who had worked for the state) - and did nothing about it at the time. I found that strange. So, her testimony was having witnessed illegal activity with no specifics - it would have been really good to have been able to refer to a police report, an official complaint, something... anything?

When someone in NC attempted to illegally request 50 mail-in ballots from FL, they were identified and there were news reports all over about it.

Her saying it means the law was broken? That's what an allegation is.
