I think you did an AMAZING JOB(my opinion of course) of intelligently outlining your perspective of the whole picture and pointing out your valid reasoning behind it. If your goal is to get that opinion out there and find similar likeminded individuals, I feel like you would be better served dedicating that time to a podcast. In my thinking with the current system only operator error with illegally obtained mail ballots could cause mistakes, but not at the scale required to change the election for POTUS. The system operator error, could be addressed by having all of November or October 3rd - November 3rd as a voting month time frame to address voting system infrastructure throughput and social distancing concerns, with no information system changes required. The possibility of illegally obtained ballots could be mitigated with a 2nd factor of request like a phone system auto call back or SMS with https link check to confirm ballot request or by some other automated means.

In person you go in they find your name make sure everything is in order address birthdate ID that good stuff. Paper ballot you fill in the bubbles and feed through scanner but a paper copy is locked up for audit. Dominion machine you push selections on a screen and get a paper printout with your selections you can check and scan it electronically but the paper part that says you voted a Trump etc is kept for a hand recount. The precinct keeps track of attendance so they know 10056 people showed up or whatever. The county gathers all those up as they are presented until theres a final tally of not just how many voted for who but total vote numbers. So if someone is stuffing ballots they say hey what's with the 12000 votes and they go investigate. They have a record of everyone who supposedly voted there. With the electronic vs paper specifically if votes are weighted or flipped or deleted they would need to somehow fix also the paper parts to be exactly the same all the way down the ballots.

Mailin votes are in an outer secrecy envelope so they get in say 10000 votes in the mail before they open them they have a count of how many votes there should be. They check name address signature that you havent voted against the poll books and if you are good they open up the ballot until they have 10k naked votes. Then those are put in a machine to count. So both ways is like a series of checks and they know how many should be going through each process. It's not perfect count a million votes it can be a few hundred off when they balance for irregularities. But if 100k votes just appears bigger red flags. It's difficult to get lots of fakes through the whole process.

I would say the driver was either drunk, busy doing something other than driving, or fell asleep.

The car hit was probably standing still with the driver having his foot on the brakes.
