Sorry if this is a duplicate - SCOTUS has moved up the PA Act 77 challenge to 12/8 9AM - he previously asked for the parties to submit everything by 12/9, which was after the safe harbor deadline. Today, he moved up to 12/8 9AM, which could mean SCOTUS will weigh in before end of day Tuesday.

And my argument is that you don't have to sue if you don't get the vaccine and wait to see other people's reaction to it. You won't be able to have a choice if you are poor and they offer extra cash for you to take the vaccine though. You will do whatever it takes to get money and feed your family. Even if it means taking a vaccine for which you don't know the long terms adverse effects.
