"So... this should have happened in 2016, too... The margins were even tighter. Would you have been as supportive of this effort if the Dems had control to dictate that outcome?" - You. In the post I quoted / responded to.

a 911 system upgrade that turns your mobile device into a surveillance platform, with all sensor access, what could go wrong?

2020-12-07 21:40:12 UTC

Margins was the wrong word... I meant that Trump won by fewer total votes in the battleground states that he flipped to win.

2020-12-07 21:42:16 UTC

Again - I was not focused on the .5% number that you were asserting. I didn't see that as a hard number. Just that being a close race shouldn't be the bellwether for US Congress intervening.

2020-12-07 21:45:43 UTC

from who's perspective?

2020-12-07 21:47:23 UTC

...the most important election in 75 generations...

2020-12-07 21:49:24 UTC

Caller and all others in radius x ?

2020-12-07 21:49:48 UTC

I'm open to that being the case, but being within the margin of error is what I'm talking about (error could be any ballot counted illegally, not necessarily fraudulent) causing the election to be in doubt. And it needs to be challenged by either party.

Also, they literally challenged recounting in MI in 2016, but they stopped at the behest of the Democrats who started to get cold feet.

Does it keep exploding and reforming because the cloud has a gravitational pull great enough to keep the material from achieving escape velocity?

2020-12-07 21:57:09 UTC

Just thought I would drop this here. Not sure if this nonsense about suitcases full of ballots is still being thought of as credible... its not.

2020-12-07 21:59:06 UTC

So they didn't continued counting?

2020-12-07 22:00:26 UTC

Sterling is a bit of a moron. Also, the guy who started the "that's not credible" nonsense later said he didn't even watch the video..

2020-12-07 22:00:28 UTC

Ask yourself? Self how many stars Nova recurrently?

2020-12-07 22:00:49 UTC

watch the video

2020-12-07 22:05:42 UTC

The gist of the investigation is ballots are verified as legal votes then opened and separated from the envelope and put in sealed ballot containers. They know how many total votes there should be and how many were opened and how many were counted. When workers were hitting the 16 hour mark and were too tired to not make mistakes identifying voters they were sent home. 5 workers and 1 neutral observer as required by law were left behind to feed the remaining naked ballots through without opening new ones. GOP observers and the news misconstrued and left on their own accord. Leaking water never had anything to do with it.

2020-12-07 22:05:49 UTC

Someone posted a video in this group claiming that a stack of ballots were ran several times... I dont recall the number, but at least 3 was the claim. If that was the case then the hand count would have been off.. way off. It wasnt.

When are you folks gonna believe facts over Ripping Rudy's odious claims?

2020-12-07 22:06:16 UTC

Two new Amicus briefs were posted for tomorrow's SCOTUS case... One for each side.

2020-12-07 22:06:22 UTC

He doesnt personally investigate hes in charge of dozens of investigators

2020-12-07 22:06:25 UTC

no I meant from the system's perspective whatever goes wrong they'll just fix later ... from the user's perspective it's already gone way wrong to get to this point

2020-12-07 22:07:08 UTC

Do you know who filed them?
Also, did the Repsondents get their Response filed? Ive been working today and havent got to look at much

2020-12-07 22:07:09 UTC

It would have been off without a hand count.

2020-12-07 22:08:25 UTC

Yes. But since GA actually had a hand count of the ballots that establishes that it would have been absolutely impossible for that count not to have caught stacks of ballots being scanned several times.

2020-12-07 22:09:40 UTC

@Dedkraken ... I get that you are saying that it would have been caught much sooner and easier than having to do a hand recount.... but I am just trying to lower any confusion

2020-12-07 22:09:48 UTC

Yeah but additionally theres a count of raw number of votes along the process so you cant ballot stuff without red flags. They dont want like 10k votes popping up to only appear in a hand count audit because those arent always done

2020-12-07 22:10:08 UTC

Exactly.... I

2020-12-07 22:10:14 UTC

Just in this case additional verification was done

2020-12-07 22:10:19 UTC

Right

2020-12-07 22:11:07 UTC

If you rescan ballots and then bring in more to make up the difference. Which there's testimony saying that unsealed ballots were being brought into the recount.

2020-12-07 22:11:44 UTC

Hand count was not necessary to determine if ballots had been scanned more than once.... that would have been caught within a day of the polls closing as they just do their standard review for certification. But we also have the additional step in GA where they actually counted the ballots by hand

It's very bad for freedom, especially when the company who designs the system is run by former intelligence service staff and was funded by a reputed pedophile who videotape people to blackmail them. This is not a conspiracy theory.

Bob Barr, says deploy it now.

2020-12-07 22:14:19 UTC

If you need to tell yourself it's a conspiracy theory to make it through, more power.
