It was some days ago. The entire kraken conspiracy from CIA FBI to govenor kemp to China Iran dominion Soros foundation was built on fake experts. When the federal court found no credibility in those experts there was no case left to present. There is nothing Dems could have done to give them credible witnesses it was always made up.

Let's not forget Trumls lawyers set the stakes on the lawsuits. When corporate lawyers brought small cases showing 1000 messed up ballots and requested a court remedy of fixing those 1000 ballots if they proved a problem their cases were heard start to finish with whatever witnesses they wanted.
When Guiliani and Powell said heres our case even if we dont prove fraud exceeded the gap in votes we still want state legislatures or courts to throw out election results and give new electors and throw out 100% of mailin ballots or 100% of all votes you set the stage for not allowing your own testimony.
It's sad really... We went from FDR following Pearl Harbor telling all Americans that the "Only thing we have to fear is fear itself" to today where politicians are telling Americans that we are powerless and should cower in fear of every proverbial shadow... terrorism, socialism, communism, otherism, liberalism, supremacists, extremists, etc. We are on the brink of disaster every day posed by the viewpoints and positions of "insert opposing politician name here", if it weren't for the bravery and heroism of "insert politician name here".
Even in zero hedges reporting Biden is acknowledged as winner. The so-called experts in fact witnesses do not rise to the level of specious.

I’m not sure if this is a more academic explanation for critical theory, but I’m referring to the practical implementation of it, like equity based hiring so a business demographics meet the population’s demographics. As done in South Africa.

Regarding Chinese influence in politics: I don’t see how the green new deal, as presented in Biden’s platform, can be seen as anything other than yielding energy and manufacturing power to China.
Ah yes. Critical race theory being just one branch of critical theory. It permeates other institutions as well, like STEM.
Critical race theory and socialism don't have anything to do with one another in my view other than a socialist government implementing authoritarianism through a flawed construct.

I agree with that to an extent. I actually see critical race theory and the new lefts implementation of it as closer to a form of fascism than mere socialism. There is too much race theory intertwined with the merging of the state and corporate world .

A big part of it is that coal and fossil fuels are an incredible storage of energy.
Can anyone really deny the suspicious way the vote tally seemed to be so lopsided for Biden when all the counting was supposedly stopped but just really done in secret. Sorry but this activity alone will raise any suspicion and voters won't stand for it until it is addressed. The left has no intrest in showing how honest things were counted because it wasn't done honestly, prove innocence here please Dems, it should be easy. For the sake of America this needs to be investigated and any citizen of the United States should demand a fair and open election and have access to the counts in a real time timeline with computer reports to prove the real time results. The lack of proper record keeping is also very suspicious because its ripe with FRAUD.

Regarding the appearance of vote spikes in the transmission of aggregated data at Edison Research/NEP to NYT, there are many possible explanations, only one of which is possible fraud. It certainly is not proof of fraud.
It's hard to do all that and maintain the secret vote? But yeah the system is severely flawed.
