Each state's legislation is free to determine how to determine the manner of determining their slate of electors. The State's SC is the authority of ensuring that happens. This happened, as it was supposed to happen. Those that felt their own state did follow the constitution appealed to the US SC and they allowed those state's decision to stand. EVERYTHING was conducted in accordance to the constitution.
If the roles were reversed 99% of those claiming that it was not constitutional under these circumstances would be asserting the opposite. That makes this the ultimate case sore loser whining in history and why I think that going forward people won't say "quit being a sore loser" they'll say "quit being such a Trump". I'm making a submission to the Urban Dictionary - I bet it catches on.

@jfindley Trump announced years ago their plans for opening like 40 resorts in China. He lobbied hard to be able to do it. He has made many concessions to them, including tariffs that ultimately were paid by US Consumers through increased costs. Trump also reportedly borrowed money from Chinese banks and paid Chinese taxes from a secret bank account. This is all proof that the Trumps are bought and paid for by the CCP.

Supposs this becomes a trend with the majority of states requiring identification, signature verification and in person voting but swing states and blue regions allowing for massive mail-in paper ballots, no identification necessary, hardly a signature verification. Would you feel confident to ever vote again? I certainly will not and there is veracity to the idea of most people following the rules but in places where it matters, completely lawless and unaccountable interfering in outcomes of who is in control of the free world.
Texas is not Claiming that the Four States Election Laws are Unconstitutional. They are claiming just the Opposite. By not following the State Law they are saying it violates the US Constitution.

Federal elections would be a sketchy bet under those circumstances, but voting in Texas, relatively speaking, isn't too bad.

It means that we are in a global economy and US corporations were allowed to send US jobs overseas in the interest of maximizing US Corporate profits - by both Dems and Reps. If those same US corporations were made to pay the US Navy for policing lanes in the Pacific, there is no way that it is more cost effective to pay people in China to manufacture our goods - instead of paying US workers what they are worth. It is the ultimate fleecing of the American public. We pay less for appliances and electronics, but incur insane long term national debt.

Are we pretending like this election is still up for grabs? The champ left the ring. Stumbling around, bouncing off turnbuckles to the cheers of fans who stayed behind to see consciousness regained doesn't mean it's still a contest. The only way to steal it is to appeal to the commission (50+ times)...but the fight itself is over.
I agree. It is important to the integrity of elections that the process of verification be imperative to outcomes which Texas upholds. I would have liked to have a printout of my choices though to be held for possible hand-count future audit, if need be.
None of that happened. Signature verification was required. There has not been a single credible case of alleged widespread voter fraud that has withstood any amount of scrutiny. So, yes... The election was conducted lawfully and correctly - as asserted by everyone except those that believed before the election that fraud was going to happen and have refused to let go of that belief in the absence of any credible evidence supporting it. I do not know any person that assumed the election would not be fraudulent that has been convinced that it has. I have not heard one person come forward and say, "I truly believed that this was going to be a fair election, but after all of the "evidence" I'm convinced. (I heard one Dem witness complain that she was treated unfairly due to a personality conflict - but that's as close as it's been).

The timing is suspect.
TX didn't even make a constitutional claim in MI. They just complained that they didn't like the way they ran them. All of the other claims about not following rules - have been settled in court in their respective states.
