The Texas Case is not Claiming Fraud.

2020-12-11 18:05:43 UTC

The Texas case is based on the assumption of fraud

2020-12-11 18:06:07 UTC

Unconstitutional Process.

2020-12-11 18:06:08 UTC

And trying to tell other states how to legislate themselves

2020-12-11 18:06:36 UTC

Unconstitutional under the basis there was fraud

2020-12-11 18:06:43 UTC

That’s their injury claim

2020-12-11 18:07:02 UTC

They can’t tell a state how to manage themselves

2020-12-11 18:07:08 UTC

Do you think things like these are suspicious?

https://www.oann.com/reports-ga-gov-kemp-awarded-dominion-voting-contract-after-meeting-with-chinese-consulate-official-in-atlanta

Kemp bought dominion a couple of weeks after meeting up with the Chinese in the Consulate in Houston that recently got shut down for espionage-related nonsense.

The Legislation was not Followed under the Authority of the US Constitution.

2020-12-11 18:07:41 UTC

When you guys lose the scotus case you guys will just say they are deep state or something

2020-12-11 18:08:08 UTC

No the state constitution which Texas has no say in @William Dinan

2020-12-11 18:08:30 UTC

This isn’t a federal case

2020-12-11 18:08:59 UTC

The fact that he is entertaining a revote is pretty ballsy if you were cherry-picking or using fraud as foul. I fully support an in person revote with verification of identification and signature.

2020-12-11 18:09:32 UTC

@inwa who is entertaining a re vote

2020-12-11 18:10:17 UTC

The Authority is granted under the US Constitution. Very Much a Federal Question and very much an Original Jurisdiction Question before the US Supreme Court.

2020-12-11 18:11:12 UTC

@William Dinan they are behaving as the constitution demands in that they run their own state and deal with their issues internally. There is no case for Texas . No standing

2020-12-11 18:12:37 UTC

Electors and Election Clauses in the Constitution. Equal Protection Claim.

2020-12-11 18:13:06 UTC

Electors more so in this Case.

2020-12-11 18:13:41 UTC

There is no equal protections claims as there is no injury

2020-12-11 18:13:55 UTC

It’s a bogus case trump supporters will just eat up

2020-12-11 18:14:27 UTC

Trump has made over 200 million thus far from his supporters in personal wealth

2020-12-11 18:14:34 UTC

Disenfranchise Texas Electors.

2020-12-11 18:14:47 UTC

It doesn’t @William Dinan

2020-12-11 18:15:05 UTC

Unfortunately no.

2020-12-11 18:15:44 UTC

That is for the Nine in the Black Robes to decide. We will find out shortly.

2020-12-11 18:15:55 UTC

There is also news of GA Secretary of State accepting funds from China as well who normally handles cybersecurity (from what I understand)

2020-12-11 18:16:07 UTC

Each state's legislation is free to determine how to determine the manner of determining their slate of electors. The State's SC is the authority of ensuring that happens. This happened, as it was supposed to happen. Those that felt their own state did follow the constitution appealed to the US SC and they allowed those state's decision to stand. EVERYTHING was conducted in accordance to the constitution.

If the roles were reversed 99% of those claiming that it was not constitutional under these circumstances would be asserting the opposite. That makes this the ultimate case sore loser whining in history and why I think that going forward people won't say "quit being a sore loser" they'll say "quit being such a Trump". I'm making a submission to the Urban Dictionary - I bet it catches on.

2020-12-11 18:16:56 UTC

That probably would catch on...

2020-12-11 18:17:38 UTC

): Sad. I actually really look forward to 5pm on weekdays now 😂

2020-12-11 18:18:26 UTC

@William Dinan and they will deny it. That’s why I said trump supporters will just call them deep state

2020-12-11 18:18:50 UTC

Allowing the Chinese to handle cyber security for the state would be too stupid for words.

2020-12-11 18:18:56 UTC

All this nonsense because Trump can’t handle defeat so he made up a faux fraud claim

2020-12-11 18:18:56 UTC

@jfindley This must mean that the Trumps are Chinese spies, right?

2020-12-11 18:19:30 UTC

That would be laughable. Not in a good way, like of “oh F.” kind of way.

2020-12-11 18:20:05 UTC

@jfindley Trump announced years ago their plans for opening like 40 resorts in China. He lobbied hard to be able to do it. He has made many concessions to them, including tariffs that ultimately were paid by US Consumers through increased costs. Trump also reportedly borrowed money from Chinese banks and paid Chinese taxes from a secret bank account. This is all proof that the Trumps are bought and paid for by the CCP.

2020-12-11 18:22:08 UTC

Is Trump really this egocentric?

2020-12-11 18:22:44 UTC

Possible outcome if SCOTUS rules with Texas

2020-12-11 18:23:28 UTC

Exactly...

2020-12-11 18:23:44 UTC

Supposs this becomes a trend with the majority of states requiring identification, signature verification and in person voting but swing states and blue regions allowing for massive mail-in paper ballots, no identification necessary, hardly a signature verification. Would you feel confident to ever vote again? I certainly will not and there is veracity to the idea of most people following the rules but in places where it matters, completely lawless and unaccountable interfering in outcomes of who is in control of the free world.
