"They're happy because they're dumb and ignorant." My dude, are you serious?

2020-12-13 22:38:09 UTC

all I have to do is wave a flag in front of you like bacon and you would be distracted . @{CAP}Radeon

2020-12-13 22:38:25 UTC

omg

2020-12-13 22:38:31 UTC

Come and try that! See what happens!

2020-12-13 22:38:33 UTC

@Maw no content and told not to change their paradigm, billions of dollars depends on it

2020-12-13 22:38:33 UTC

Bro, I'm literally a liberal. lmao.

2020-12-13 22:38:50 UTC

“Radical centrist”

2020-12-13 22:38:53 UTC

@james j Don't you have somewhere else to troll? Or are we just your favorite people?

2020-12-13 22:38:58 UTC

Naw, just a liberal.

2020-12-13 22:39:03 UTC

When it actively hurts society to the point that history gets omitted and/or rewritten to where it no longer is accurate, or oppresses people from enjoying the rights and freedoms given to them by their creators, that's not progress.

2020-12-13 22:39:16 UTC

Left or Liberal?

2020-12-13 22:39:20 UTC

Liberal.

2020-12-13 22:39:26 UTC

@Maw that was meant for the other guy

2020-12-13 22:39:28 UTC

So moderate.

2020-12-13 22:39:50 UTC

@DeathRhodes666 conservatives always call short term pain for long term gains losses

2020-12-13 22:40:10 UTC

> Ah yes, a perfect example of the left being kind of not nice people.
@Maw Being not nice kind of bounces off lefties. It's like how physical threats are no big deal to righties. They are both inured to their respective tactics by familiarity, I reckon. Just a continued observation.

2020-12-13 22:40:20 UTC

@Cali La La you guys are my favorite internet people yes

2020-12-13 22:40:27 UTC

Quite possible.

2020-12-13 22:40:32 UTC

"always"?

2020-12-13 22:40:45 UTC

thanks I guess....

2020-12-13 22:40:50 UTC

Yeah until they shift to the left after much resistance @William Dinan

2020-12-13 22:41:59 UTC

Arguing from a Position of Absolutes is very tricky.

2020-12-13 22:42:07 UTC

It's almost like people don't like change.

2020-12-13 22:42:10 UTC

Imagine my shock.

2020-12-13 22:42:23 UTC

Long term gain? I recall this BS starting back before the 2016 race and I have yet to see any meaningful gain from the actions taken in its name. I've only seen destruction o removal. Of what? Well, basically anything that doesn't align with the forces behind the "progress" being made. This "short term pain" is not short term in the least. It has persisted since it started and has contributed nothing.

2020-12-13 22:42:30 UTC

> Quite possible.
@Maw Neither typically bothers me but I like to pretend they both do.

2020-12-13 22:43:06 UTC

@DeathRhodes666 yes that’s what the right wing media pumps out as a scare tactic

2020-12-13 22:43:42 UTC

You realize the slippery slope argument is an argument that looks to the long term yes?

2020-12-13 22:44:02 UTC

They did the same with gay marriage , women voting , seat belts @DeathRhodes666

2020-12-13 22:44:24 UTC

@Maw it assumes something will lead to an other

2020-12-13 22:44:34 UTC

So Obama is conservative.

2020-12-13 22:44:44 UTC

@Maw like everyone

2020-12-13 22:44:51 UTC

Everyone is conservative.

2020-12-13 22:45:10 UTC

Everyone is conservative relative to something @Maw

2020-12-13 22:45:26 UTC

That feel when you continue to make words mean less.

2020-12-13 22:45:47 UTC

No the further back in time you go the more conservative views become

2020-12-13 22:45:57 UTC

Today’s liberal is tomorrows conservative

2020-12-13 22:46:05 UTC

This is how It’s always been

2020-12-13 22:46:13 UTC

Ok. I need to see some evidence here. The argument isn't supporting the premise nor conclusion.

2020-12-13 22:46:19 UTC

Yes, I am aware of the overton window shift.

2020-12-13 22:47:02 UTC

So yeah Obama today or 20 years from know would be conservative
