lets vote on paper without the stupid machines so theres a clear way to track fraud, and get receipts so we can make sure our vote was properly counted, thats a possibility
Dominion votes are on paper. That's the whole point. The fraud claims melt when you recount all the paper ballots by hand. That's why when theres allegations of wrongdoing we go to the paper ballots. The electronic bits add more complexity to stealing the election. Paper ballots require less to rig. Which is why changing to your proposed system doesnt change that fraud exists or more importantly doesnt stop folks from claiming there was fraud without being able to prove any in court or saying it's far more widespread than it is.
@james j One detail of his credentials doesn’t throw out the rest of his affidavit. Honestly, it doesn’t take an “expert.” Any half way decent IT person could do what he did.
@KillerSmurf the detail lying about his expertise? He was a car mechanic in the military. He washed out of training. The central idea that he is a expert witness gets thrown out the window. The whole report was just opinions and speculations. No good lawyer would use him as witness. #

It's not just that her experts suck. By law we setup bipartisan neutral testing labs with all the correct information and tools to test dominion machines for shenanigans and that will 100% hold up in court and paper ballot counting verifies the vote. She wants to use neither of those things. What's Powell hiding?
actually one of her proposed remedies was a hand recount, note that she filed this complaint in GA after they had already done that for the entire state
If we want to use auditors to verify PCI legal compliance we have to use an auditor certified and trained to verify that security. I cant just find some guy that lives down the street that says I'm good at that tech stuff.
