Would you take affidavits as evidence?

I find this affidavit compelling. It details how Dominion systems are connected to China and Iran, with cyber attacks being confirmed shortly before the election.

And then the many saying that the tabulators were connected to the internet

@james j One detail of his credentials doesn’t throw out the rest of his affidavit. Honestly, it doesn’t take an “expert.” Any half way decent IT person could do what he did.

@james j The guy started his own IT firm in 2019 called Cyberoptyx, which specializes in building websites and setting up servers. Like I said, it doesn’t take an expert to do what’s in his affidavit. Anyone with some knowledge of the internet can use the same tools he did to trace domains and IP addresses. It’s really not hard

@james j If you can set up websites and servers, especially enough to make a living on it, you can trace domains and IP addresses.

@james j Is the affidavit too technical for you? I’m a software developer and the tools he used and the logic he applied, I think, checks out.

His affidavit wasn’t to prove that the machines were connected to the internet. Other people have proved that. His affidavit is connecting Dominion to foreign entities, and exposing the seemingly intentional vulnerabilities in their networks
