of said states EC vote.

2020-12-17 18:43:38 UTC

@Maw legal theft seems like a contradiction

2020-12-17 18:43:48 UTC

?

2020-12-17 18:43:55 UTC

Jumbo Shrimp?

2020-12-17 18:43:56 UTC

No worries. Without the armed forces and LEO agencies. He is nothing.. follow the constitution not some leader

2020-12-17 18:44:10 UTC

Paying hundreds of thousands of dollars to buy a house only to have to continue paying for it every year is theft... When I pay for my home and my land, that's it, there should be nothing else attached to it, it's my land. Same with automobiles... Income, if I make money it should all be mine... There can be tax on consumer items, I think that's fair.

2020-12-17 18:44:23 UTC

I said justified theft. And yes, the idea of saying legal murder or legal theft would be a play on words/oxymoron.

2020-12-17 18:44:40 UTC

That won't help Trump... The House would have to vote to uphold the objection and that won't happen.

2020-12-17 18:44:49 UTC

Maw triggered people wuth the **justified**

2020-12-17 18:45:43 UTC

@Maw Actually, now that I think about it.. It's taxation under duress... If you don't pay, you can't drive your car, if you don't pay we will take your house.. Being under constant threat of retaliation for not paying the government for things you already own is the part that I think is morally wrong.

2020-12-17 18:46:07 UTC

@Scott McHarris They can object, but each chamber must vote to uphold the objection - in a straight vote (not the by state vote of a contingent election).

2020-12-17 18:46:16 UTC

It would be a Bitch if your House was on Fire and you weren't Home to write them a Check to put it out?

2020-12-17 18:46:35 UTC

Yes, that is the implied social contract. @William Dinan

2020-12-17 18:46:55 UTC

What if Democrats are compelled to vote for Trump from the mountains of evidence?

2020-12-17 18:47:18 UTC

Also as taxes are an implied social contract.

2020-12-17 18:47:45 UTC

incorrect because on this VOTE its on a state delegation basis so republicans win THATS ACTUAL FACT.

2020-12-17 18:48:31 UTC

It's not... I discussed it with Robert and he corrected the misconception on the stream last night.

2020-12-17 18:48:51 UTC

There are other ways to get that money and support.

2020-12-17 18:49:02 UTC

I think it is more than implied. The purchase comes with a Tax Bill as a condition of Sale?

2020-12-17 18:49:26 UTC

Why would it take only 1 senator and 1 rep to stop the entire election and choose a new potus πŸ˜‚

2020-12-17 18:49:27 UTC

@Scott McHarris probably going to hide in the WH bunker,, again

2020-12-17 18:49:28 UTC

@Scott McHarris The only place where the state delegation vote is specified in the Constitution is in the 12th Amendment when describing the process to be used in a contingent election.

2020-12-17 18:49:39 UTC

Well we're talking about income tax as well as other forms of taxing that are less explicit.

2020-12-17 18:50:08 UTC

@TaLoN132 it’s good Robert is receptive to people pointing things out

2020-12-17 18:50:35 UTC

I see your point. I'm not trying to be argumentative.

2020-12-17 18:50:57 UTC

Impressively so....

2020-12-17 18:50:58 UTC

Didn't suggest you were!

2020-12-17 18:51:37 UTC

I wanted to eliminate all doubt.

2020-12-17 18:51:56 UTC

I'm afraid I just ruined someone's Christmas...

2020-12-17 18:52:44 UTC

Someone should make a VR program with Trump still potus 🀷

2020-12-17 18:53:32 UTC

πŸ’° πŸ€‘

2020-12-17 18:54:08 UTC

It takes One from each House of Congress to make an Objection. It takes a majority vote of both Houses for it to Stand and be rejected.

2020-12-17 18:54:54 UTC

I wanted Trump to win, but at this point, flipping the results (even if suddenly there was proven mass-scale fraud) I don't think it'd be good for America. Not at this point, not anymore. It's too late in my opinion.

2020-12-17 18:55:12 UTC

And to do so I feel would be irresponsible.

2020-12-17 18:55:47 UTC

I think this is a Hail Mary Pass from the Locker Room.

2020-12-17 18:56:33 UTC

I never really did sports, could you condense what that means? I've heard it before, but I'm unaware of what it means. Just tossing the ball and praying it scores a touchdown?

2020-12-17 18:57:24 UTC

Highly Unlikely almost impossible.

2020-12-17 18:57:36 UTC

Oh, okay, so "Yeet, go long!"

2020-12-17 18:58:38 UTC

Pretty Much. With one Second on the Clock.

2020-12-17 18:59:41 UTC

Ah yes, basketball does this a lot.
