During a thunderstorm.

I mean just the one has to be stored at a lower temp not both and they have tested mrna vaccines on humans in the past so that's not theoretical. But yeah they are rushing it to save lives.

Regarding temperature... There is one that requires ridiculously low temperatures and the other that still is maintained at extremely low temperatures. I'm curious what happens when they have been brought to room temperature? What happens when they are brought to roughly 98.6? The descriptions are that *"the biological material used to package the mRNA so it can be delivered as a vaccine is also somewhat unstable."* What does "unstable" mean?

Also, I am not aware of any mRNA-based vaccines being part of any significant trials in the past. I asked Doc about it before and he was aware of some experimental mRNA-based treatments for MS that were done around 2010 with mixed results, but that was a very limited sample size. Do you have any information on other mRNA vaccines that have studied long term effects?

“ It is well known that the absorption of mRNA in the absence of a delivery system is extremely low, and the half-life of mRNA is approximately 7 h [72]. Moreover, mRNA is an inherently unstable molecule, which is highly prone to degradation by 5’ exonucleases, 3’ exonucleases, and endonucleases” https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7076378/ @TaLoN132

Past the preamble

2020-12-22 21:50:31 UTC

think you're correct in no mRNA vaccines have been used in the past, though there have been some medicines ... again we'll get @Doc to chime in on this conversation later ... low temperature is to keep it stable, at regular refrigerator temperatures it's stable for a handful of days

Thanks... watching it now.

I don't care if its the safest most beneficial jab in the history of jabs if I don't want it, then government overreach and the plebs cry of necessity should not dictate that I be violated by mandating it, nor my life, liberty, or persuit of happiness be obstructed.

Or was that a double standard too

In high school, my friends and I used to go to the dollar theaters and watch the Re-Animator (more times than I care to admit). I keep envisioning the fluorescent green syringe that the mad scientist in the movie used - when picturing the CoVid vaccines. I looked for clips to share, but they are all "NSFW" and I didn't want link them here, but they are easily found. So, I might be somewhat psychologically biased, as a result. 😄

we're all biased in some way ... part of my appreciation of @RobertGrulerEsq is that he, at least, admits his bias (for the most part)

@TaLoN132 unstable in this case means more so delicate and not unstable like a unstable isotope

Could y'all upvote this and get it higher on their board? 😛

@meglide As MS treatments, yes.

and various other diseases as exprimentals.

Related to the 2016 election 🤔

GOP Congress

2020-12-22 22:23:59 UTC

If it wasn’t for them it would have been at least 1200

2020-12-22 22:24:11 UTC

Even trump was willing to go up to 2000

2020-12-22 22:25:17 UTC

I was just commenting on what Mr. Wick was saying earlier. I think both sides of this are screwy.

2020-12-22 22:25:34 UTC

P.s. don't private message me to talk shit. If you have something to say, say it.

2020-12-22 22:25:55 UTC

Nah the gop is much more “screwy” when it comes to stimulus

2020-12-22 22:26:22 UTC

People who that message is for will receive it.

2020-12-22 22:28:43 UTC

Well they all passed it dude, so every single one is to blame.

2020-12-22 22:31:04 UTC

I don't know why people find it prudent to give like, a bunch of money to non-Americans and other corporations/assets in stimulus bills when we're on the verge of becoming bankrupt. But that's just the inner economist in me.

2020-12-22 22:33:40 UTC

@MyxnamesxjEff25 against their will. The gop controlled senate is not good for people

2020-12-22 22:34:41 UTC

If there must be a gop controlled senate I would actually prefer trump to run it. Just for the stimulus bill though

2020-12-22 22:37:49 UTC

Do you know much about MMT?

2020-12-22 22:45:13 UTC

Politicians have to get their grift on.

2020-12-22 22:45:17 UTC

Does someone have a keyword searchable version of the 5,593 page relief bill? I want to check this....
