It didn’t happen only in PA; PA was just the most egregious example. In GA, for example, the governor reached that settlement agreement with the Democrats.
He did not promise to lock her up, he played with it. The nation would be better off if he had locked her up. Along with the Democractic Party and a third of the Republican Party.
